My stay at Taksim Hostel Green House was mostly pleasant. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Taksim Square, which was convenient for exploring the city. The hostel itself was clean and had a friendly staff, but be prepared for some stairs and a lack of an elevator. Overall, it provided a safe and cozy atmosphere for solo travelers like me. 😊

I stayed in a small 6-bed female dormitory with privacy curtains, which I appreciated. The room was warm, but I had to ask the reception to adjust the temperature, since there was no thermostat. The facilities were compact and clean, with our shower inside the room, though the toilet was next to us.

The service was excellent! Gönül, at the reception, was incredibly kind, and Tugba even lent me her personal Taksim Card when I was struggling with mine. The staff was always available and eager to help, which made me feel very welcome.
